Transitioning from Table position (on hands and knees) to lying on your back.
Steve will be guiding you, slowly and mindfully, through the process of transitioning from hands and knees to lying on your back.
Some modifications if needed:
If you are unstable getting down on the floor or getting back up, consider doing this meditation on a bed.
If you are going to be on the floor, you may want some cushioning under your knees. A blanket rolled to your desired thickness should work just fine.
If you have trouble lying flat on your back on the floor you may want to have an additional blanket roll or a cushion to elevate your knees and relieve the strain on your lower back.
