This 12 week program is designed to give a solid meditation and mindfulness practice free from dependency on us, or any other website/app guidance.
Modern technology is wonderful, but it is extremely important that meditation be free of dependency on technology. We can still enjoy and nourish our practice with guidance, but the ability to meditate on one's own is a blessing of freedom.
Ideally, you will complete this program in 3 months. After 3 months there will be significant positive changes in the brain that will increase calm, peace and feelings of compassion for oneself and others. On average, it takes 90 days to establish a new habit, so after Journeys into Freedom you will have made amazing ground for a life-long meditation practice!
The consistency of daily practice is what will pave the road towards your independent meditation practice. However, sometimes life throws us curve balls and you may need to pause your progress, and that's okay. If those times occur during your journeys toward freedom, we will do all we can to encourage you to stay on the journeys.
It takes a certain level of determination, a lot of love, and an equal amount of courage to embark on an inner journey. Renee and Steve honor this bravery in you and are here to support and encourage you on your journey. With a view of joyful effort, we can all enjoy this journey into our inner landscapes to unveil the wonder of life.
