How much does membership cost?
Membership is $16 per month, billed automatically every month. You may cancel at anytime during the cycle and you will continue to have access until the currently paid cycle ends. To cancel, log in. Click on "Profile" and you will see the link to "cancel". Very simple. However, we ask that you contact us to see if we can address any of your concerns before you cancel.
How do i join?
Navigate to the Login or Join page via the top navigation links or one of the many "Join" buttons found throughout the site. Membership is $16 per month, automatically charged to your card each month. Have a credit/debit card handy for the process. On the "Login or Join" page click on the link "Member Login" (yes we know that is kind of confusing). A blue box will pop up. Click on "Not a member? Join". On some mobile devices the link will be "Sign up". That link will take you to the form for joining.
The “stay logged in” function is not working. What can I do?
The “stay logged in” function should work for 4 weeks. If it does not, that is likely due to one of two related reasons. You may be using our www.yourwondrousmind.com on more than one device. When you log in on one device, the connection on a previous device you were using will be disrupted. So when you go back to the original device, you will not have “stayed logged in”. Similarly, if you have shared your username and password with someone else, their logging in will disrupt your connection. We ask that you not share your membership with people outside of your household. If you have many people in your household who are wanting access to Your Wondrous Mind, you may want to consider having more than one membership. This will make staying logged in more convenient, and it will allow more than one person in your household access at the same time.
As we grow to serve more people, our internet resources are going to be strained and we will need to procure more resources. You will be helping us to continue smooth service As we grow, we may consider family membership in some form.

I cannot log in as a member. What do I do?
Make sure that your are using the correct username, which is the email address at which you received membership verification and the invoice for your membership payment.
Make sure you are using the correct password. Using “show password” may help you avoid typos in your password. The password is case sensitive, so check capitalization. You may request a password reset by clicking on “forgot?” on the member log in block.
If you have forgotten which e-mail address you used, you could search your emails for the welcome letter, the verification notice or the credit card invoice.

how do i change my username which is my email address, if i change email addresses?
You can change your membership user name on your own by updating your member profile. This is found in the lower left corner of the log in box. This will immediately change your user name for log in, and will change the address that our membership management company uses to message you. It will notify us at YWM but to ensure that we know quickly, drop us a line at ywm@yourwondrousmind.com.
