Certification Program
Week 3

Intention:
To practice for 5 minutes every day.

Goal:
Expand our ability to stabilize our awareness in mindfulness/meditation. (5 seated meditations, 1 mindfulness walk, and attend 1 live session.)

Activity:
Take a 5 minute mindfulness walk outside with your phone off or on mute. The objective is to awaken the 5 senses to the natural environment. Share on the community forum what you experienced on your walk. What did you see, feel, hear, taste, or touch?

Recordings:
*From the offerings on this page, choose a recording to listen/watch 5 days of this week. Please feel free to repeat a recording that resonates with you.

*Attend either the Monday or Wednesday live session. If you are unable to attend a live session choose a recording on the Weekly Offerings page and comment your experience on the Community Forum. Feel free to choose a recorded Live Session, Meditative Movement session, or the Tuesday's Reflections teaching (all found on the Weekly Offerings page).

Certification:  Upon completion of week 3, a certificate will be sent to your inbox. If you miss more than 1 day, refresh your practice and begin week 3 again. Remember, meditation is not linear and we all need to refresh our practice no matter how long we have been meditating.
